General Information about Meetings

When Does the Council Meet? 

The Parish Council meets every month apart from January or August where there is no meeting held.   The times of the meetings are usually 7.00 pm but the agenda should be checked once it is available. Southery Parish Council meetings are held in the Southery Village Hall.  The website should be viewed for the most up to date information.

All meetings are open to the general public although members of the public are not allowed to speak unless asked to do so by the Chair.

All Wednesdays:

2022: 8 June; 13 July; no August meeting; 14 Sept; 12 Oct; 9 Nov and 14 Dec

2023: no January meeting: 8 February; 8 March; 12 April (Thursday 11 May Annual meeting).

Members of the public are encouraged to raise any relevant matters at an allotted point at the beginning of the meeting.
